How to work with it

I wrote this affirmation this week because actually it was the complete opposite of what I felt. To get so unwell that I had to close the shop for 3.5 days left me in such anxiety, panic, fear, loss. Everyday was a roller coaster of emotions from panic to helplessness. And then I just had to let go, ask myself what is going on, why is this happening. Well for sure my body spoke loud and clear. I also realized even when I am “off” I’m not! I think about the shop all the time, how to improve it, what new things to buy in, now I have the Sacred Space Studio also, so now it’s how can I make it work. So then I knew. Time to choose my body and mind over stress, overdoing and overthinking. Time to stop worrying and if I’m unwell then it’s time to heal.
