Conditions of return:

To approve the return is it necessary that you contact us first and that the product be in perfect condition and with original packing. We are not responsible for loss or damage during the return.

The purchase amount will be refunded by your payment method once we receive the product within 5-7 working days. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Damaged products:                                                                                                                                                           

In cases of damage during the shipping process we will accept returns with an 100% refund to you on the item (including shipping cost). You will be required to provide us photos of damaged goods within a maximum of 48h after tracking has confirmed delivery to your location. We will provide you an address to return the product and we will proceed to make the refund only after receiving the item. Please note that damage claims after 48h maximum will not be accepted.
