Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Function: The Heart Chakra is the centre of love, compassion, and connection. It governs our ability to love ourselves and others. Blockagesin this chakra can lead to feelings of isolation or emotional pain.


Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

Element: Ether (Space)

Function: As the communication centre, the Throat Chakra is essential for expressing our thoughts and feelings. A balanced throat chakra ensures clear communication and honesty. When blocked, it may cause difficulties in expressing oneself.


Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)



Location: Forehead, between the eyes (brow area)

Colour: Indigo

Element: Light

Function: This chakra is associated with intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness. It governs our ability to think critically and receive spiritual guidance. An open Third Eye can enhance our perception and inner vision.


Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)



Location: The very top of the head

Colour: Violet or White
