Lisa de Malpas Finlay
Owner
I have been studying the healing and metaphysical arts since I was a teenager. I worked in a
Holistic Crystal Shop called Aristia between the late 80s until the early 2000’s. During this time I studied in
numerous healing arts acquiring Certificate's in Aromatherapy, Massage, Reiki Levels 1, 2, 3
and Master. I have worked with and studied Crystal Healing, Meditation and Chakra Therapy. I hold a Diploma in Life Coaching. I also hold Accredited Certifications in Yoga, and
Yin Yoga which I have accumulated well over a thousand hours in teaching.

While I was working in Aristia I learned about Crystals and Crystal Healing from the Crystal Master himself Michael Eastwood, owner of Aristia and author of Crystal Oversoul Attunements: 44 Healing Cards & Book and Crystal Oversoul Cards and my dearest friend. Sharing my knowledge to help people find peace and happiness and live their purpose, which is to live a live of happiness, peace, love, support, health, and abundance is my purpose.

In an Energy Medicine Session I create balance and healing, by finding the root cause to your specific problem.
The problem can be physical, but also an unwanted behaviour and reactional pattern(s) or a feeling of being “stuck in life” etc.
Starting with a conversation in deep presence using NLP technique, blockages are being identlfied and the full picture is revealed.
Then I use several techniques and processes to treat in depth to heal the nervous system and release blockages on both the physical and mental level, as well as on the emotional and Universal level.
When the blockages are released the energy will shift and start to flow freely in the body, creating a balanced state and giving you access to your life force. At the end of a session you are filled up with positive energy and a plan forward how to keep you in balance and live according to your highest potential. Working on several levels it’s a powerful therapy, creating life shifting sustainable results.

I have always been drawn to healing and grew up hearing I have a 'healing touch'. As I journeyed through life I never really knew what to do with my gift until I finally found Fascia Release Therapy. I originally completed training to work on horses, which I enjoyed immensely! However, I still felt the need to explore my gift which lead to complete my training in Fascia Release Therapy for humans in 2023.
Now I share my gifts with horse and human alike, helping them find release, mobility and peace within heir bodies.
