Welcome to Sacred Space Studio.
I am thrilled to launch my first yoga classes, designed to cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere for all. Over the next few months, I will be expanding the schedule, including Hatha, Chakra Yoga, Slow Yin and Yang, Hit The Wall Yin, morning classes and weekend doubles. This will mean I can introduce an exclusive membership scheme to limited members to maintain our intimate, family-oriented feel. Memberships will also include discounts to my shop Still Spaces and to Courses, Events and Workshops that I run.
Centrally located, my studio features a serene garden and river view, providing an oasis of peace and calm amidst the hustle of daily life. I invite you to join me on this journey of wellness and community as I create a nurturing space for growth and connection.
You can now purchase drop in classes or 3, 5 or 10 Yoga class passes online or you can purchase them in the shop.

Yin Yoga

Restorative, Reiki & Sound
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that promotes healing and rejuvenation, using bolsters, blankets, and blocks for maximum comfort and support. This gentle approach allows the body to rest and restore, reducing stress and tension. By providing ample support, these props facilitate deep relaxation and encourage mindfulness, helping you connect with your inner self. Practicing in a serene environment amplifies these benefits, creating a safe space for emotional release and promoting overall well-being, allowing you to recharge and find tranquility.
