I opened Still Spaces in February 2023. I have had a long history and experience in spiritual development that began in my very early 20's when I worked for a man who became a life long friend in England in his amazing New Age shop called Aristia, so taking over the shop seemed the most natural progression for me and fitted with where my path was going.

I have trained in may mediums from Aromatherapy, Life Coaching, Meditation, Reiki and Crystal Healing.

Aromatherapy is a passion close to my heart and I am in the process of creating the Still Spaces Brand 'Sacred Mind, Sacred Body'. This brand is about uniting our consciousness with our bodies, so that it is not only sumptuous for our skin, but healing for our emotions. My Brand is in the process of legalisation and will be available once it has been approved.

My other passions are Photography and Yoga which I am qualified in both and still teach Yoga at Utopia Yoga Studios Västerås, which I highly recommend.

Before meeting my husband and moving to Sweden I worked on Private Yachts and have been blessed to have traveled the world, which I am enterally grateful for.
