We who stand behind ROS are Emelie and Cecilia – two yoga teachers who found each other during our yoga training and quickly discovered that we shared the same values both on and off the yoga mat.
Through ROS – Room of Stillness – we want to create a safe and accepting place for you, no matter where you are in life. Our classes are based on yin yoga and Ayurvedic philosophy, with a focus on inner stillness rather than performance. Here it is not about getting agile or sweaty – but about landing, letting go and finding yourself again. Breathing, meditation and presence are central parts of our teaching.
Each class is an invitation to practice stopping, listening inwardly and meeting yourself with kindness. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner – everyone is welcome just as they are. We believe in a world built on empathy, love and understanding – and we hope that our yoga can be a small part of that.

The New Moon Meditations are a time for deep reflection and planting your seeds of desires into the subconscious. What do you truly want? Take a moment to explore your feelings, sensations, and visions. Focus on what you wish to experience so you can create a deep connection with yourself and your feelings. Remember, you deserve what you desire.
During these sessions overseen by the silvery magical energy of the new moon which symbolises growth, expansion and evolving, you will deep dive into self-discovery by exploring what you truly want. Focusing on three key desires each month, you will be guided to visualise them with all your senses, and affirm your worth. You will be given guidance on how to take small steps daily toward your goals

Join us each month as we gather in the serene environment of Still Spaces Sacred Space to honour the energies of the Full Moon. This sacred gathering invites participants to explore the profound influences that the Full Moon has on our health, minds, and emotions. Each Full Moon carries unique energies that can illuminate our path to self-discovery and personal growth.
During our meditation sessions, we will delve into the specific qualities and themes associated with the current Full Moon. Each month, the Full Moon brings its own set of influences, whether it be a time for releasing, reflecting, or embracing new beginnings. We will discuss how these lunar energies can manifest in our daily lives and impact our emotional and physical well-being.
Following our discussion, we will transition into a deeply personal guided meditation centred around self-love and forgiveness. This meditation aims to help participants cultivate a nurturing relationship with themselves, releasing any negative self-talk and inviting healing energy into their hearts. Through visualisation and mindfulness practices, we will create a space for self-acceptance and compassion, allowing us to let go of past grievances and embrace our true selves.
After the meditation, we will open the space for any intimate discussion, if needed. This is a safe space for participants to share their experiences, insights, and reflections on the meditation and the Full Moon's influence. Connecting with others in this way fosters community and support, enhancing our collective journey toward healing and self-awareness.
