Chakra 1

Root chakra—Mūlādhāra is the chakra of stability, security, and our basic needs. The root chakra is comprised of whatever grounds you to stability in your life. This includes your basic needs such as food, water, shelter, safety, as well as your emotional needs of interconnection, and being fearless

Chakra 4

The heart chakra, known as Anahata is all about love, kindness and compassion for yourself and others. It signifies the feeling of being able to love yourself and others unconditionally, with empathy and forgiveness. IWhen open we become able to give and receive affection with equal ease.                                                       

Chakra 7

The seventh chakra, Sahasrara, is all about spiritual connection and transformation. It lifts and inspires you, connecting you to the divine (you might call this angelic energy, the Source, or God.) This chakra also gives you a sense of your own divinity, the awareness that you are a soul in a human body.

Chakra 2

The sacral chakra, Svadhishthana, also known as the Seat of the True Self,  the second chakra in the human body. It's thought to govern how you experience sexuality, creative expression, emotions, and more. when blocked and unbalanced, our ability to trust in the flow of life is blocked.

This beautiful chakra, also know as Visshuda is all about communication and speaking your truth. It helps your words to flow, so that speaking is easy and comfortable. This chakra is also about listening, which can be equally important. Self Expression and the ability to tune into energy vibrations and frequencies begin in this chakra.
