I have been studying the healing and metaphysical arts since I was a teenager. I worked in a
Holistic Crystal Shop between the late 80s until the early 2000’s. During this time I studied in
numerous healing arts acquiring Certificate's in Aromatherapy, Massage, Reiki Levels 1, 2, 3
and Master. I have worked with and studied Crystal Healing, Meditation and Chakra
Therapy. I hold a Diploma in Life Coaching. I also hold Accredited Certifications in Yoga, and
Yin Yoga which I have accumulated well over a thousand hours in teaching.

While I was working in Aristia I got to learn about Crystals and Crystal Healing from the Crystal Master himself Michael Eastwood, Owner of Aristia and author of Crystal Oversoul Attunements: 44 Healing Cards & Book and Crystal Oversoul Cards and my dearest friend.  Sharing my knowledge to help people find peace and happiness and live a better life is the reason I do what I do.
